Free samples

Who doesn't love receiving free stuff. Well, we love giving it. Get free samples in every order you place on 

Order cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your online order as long as we have not yet dispatched it. A refund of the cost of your order will be processed to the credit card you purchased the order with. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible so that we will be able to accommodate your request.

Order enquiries

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).

Free gift wrapping

If you’re sending a gift to a friend, we’ll wrap it in smart wrapping paper and include a card for your special message – at no cost to you. Simply check on ‘include a gift message’ during checkout and enter your message in the text box provided.

Damaged items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Refer to the Returns page for specific information concerning items that are damaged in transit.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. For more info regarding returns and how we manage specific return situations, go to our Returns page.
